Denise OucharekDenise is a director, performer and educator who has appeared on stages across Canada. Selected credits include: Mamma Mia, The Sound of Music (Mirvish Productions), the world premiere of Queen for A Day the Musical (Marquis Ent), Flying on Her Own (Neptune Theatre), Beauty and The Beast, Fiddler on The Roof, The Full Monty (Stage West), HMS Pinafore (Kingston Symphony) and 3 seasons at The Stratford Festival.

Most recently Denise completed a Canadian tour of the North American premiere of Menopause the Musical 2: Cruising through the Change in which she originated the role of The Moosejaw Housewife! Denise received her BMus and BEd from Queen’s University and was the recipient of a Mississauga Arts Council Award as Emerging Artist in Theatre. Denise has been a member of the voice faculty at Sheridan College and U of T (Theatre and Drama Studies program), taught vocal improv at Second City, teaches/coaches privately and has served as Artistic Director for Theatre Atoms.
